Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days to ensure timely delivery for our customers. Custom engraved items may require additional processing time, typically 2-5 business days, to ensure perfect engraving quality.

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Transparent Shipping Policies

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with:

  • Expected delivery date
  • Carrier information (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Package contents and order details

Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following shipping restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited shipping methods
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes
  • Some international destinations may have restrictions on jewelry imports
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO) are supported via standard shipping only

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and tracking information
  • We will file a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Replacement or refund will be processed once the claim is resolved

Address Changes

Address changes can be made before your order ships:

  • Include your order number in the subject line
  • Address changes after shipping will incur additional fees

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately:

  • No additional shipping charges for split shipments
  • You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package
  • All items in your order will be delivered as quickly as possible
